Annual Parish Meeting
“Creating a safe, secure, local Cotswold community”

Village Hall, Eastleach at 6.30 pm
The annual parish meeting is a get-together for residents of Eastleach Parish to come and discuss any matter pertinent to the villages of the parish. The format of the meeting provides an opportunity for local organizations to report directly to the people of Eastleach and Fyfield. Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions in an open forum. Refreshments will be available.

- Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 2025 – to formally approve the minutes of the meeting held in 2025
- Presentation by Community Police Officers on crime in the local area and how to keep ourselves and property safe – we anticipate that the Crime Prevention Officer and our local community PCSO will be in attendance
- Report from the EPC Chair on work undertaken by EPC recorded on the Parish Plan

- Presentation and discussion on protecting our village greens – you will be asked to comment on how you would wish to protect our greens from vehicle damage – completion of survey
- Presentation and discussion on the creation of a regular local community event following the demise of the Friendship Circle – you will be asked for your thoughts on the feasibility of such a venture – completion of a survey
- Open Forum – an opportunity for open discussion on relevant topics
