Eastleach Parish Council is pleased to share with you the Eastleach Parish Plan working document, setting out the parish council’s priorities for the years ahead, starting in 2025/26. Although not a statutory document, it provides an important framework for guiding the council’s work, reflecting the views of parish members while allowing the council to determine how best to serve the community.
Covering the villages of Eastleach Turville and Eastleach Martin, together with the hamlets of Cote and Fyfield, the plan draws on the 2023 village survey, the 2024 Housing Needs Survey, a community drop-in session in March 2025, and issues raised at council meetings. It will remain in place until it no longer reflects local challenges and as a working document it can be reviewed and updated as deemed appropriate. The plan aligns residents’ key concerns with the council’s powers and will be underpinned by a mission statement, values, and guiding principles to ensure clear, consistent decision-making.
