Management of the Village Greens – Your Views Matter

At last week’s Annual Parish Meeting, Cllr Fenton invited residents to share their views on how best to look after our village greens.

The Parish Council is responsible for managing these important shared spaces. This year we’ve seen a noticeable increase in damage, particularly at Willow Green, mainly linked to vehicle use.

While the greens must remain open and accessible for everyone to enjoy, fencing is not an option, so we are exploring other ways to help protect and care for them.

We would really welcome residents’ thoughts and ideas for addressing this issue. You can share your views by contacting the Parish Council at: clerk@eastleachparishcouncil.org.
